OC Transpo implemented a New Way to Bus on April 27. This is one of the most significant changes to Ottawa’s bus network in years.
These changes can affect daily routines in real and personal ways, especially for workers, paid and unpaid, who rely on transit to get to their jobs on time and support and take care of their loved ones. That is why we are gathering stories, feedback, and experiences directly from transit users. What you share with us will be compiled and submitted directly to OC Transpo and the City of Ottawa.
Our goal is to make sure community voices are heard loud and clear and to advocate for improvements where they are needed most.
