City for All Women Initiative (CAWI) is seeking a passionate, strategic and collaborative candidate to fill the position of Executive Director of the organization. After 15 years of exceptional work, our Director, Suzanne Doerge, will retire in May 2019 to pursue other life interests. This transition takes place at a time of great potential for the organization. This position will be an opportunity to move the mandate of CAWI forward in new and creative ways.

CAWI offers frequent opportunities for students to work either on research of creative action-based projects such as our spoken word video. We also welcome students and interns in our various training programs to help with organizing, logistics, interpretation, co-facilitation, and mentoring.
