Community Partner Award, 2013

Southeast Ottawa Community Health Centre presented CAWI with the 2013 Community Partners Award for “outstanding contribution to the empowerment of women, both in our catchment area and across the city, and for the work on inclusion and equity.” This Award is conferred annually on an organization with whom they have worked closely.

Mayor's City Builder Award, 2012

Mayor Jim Watson, with Alta Vista Ward Councillor Peter Hume, presented the Mayor’s City Builder Award to Mrs. Suzanne Doerge on behalf of the City for All Women Initiative (CAWI) for her leadership and commitment as director and the organization’s outstanding work towards promoting gender equality and creating a more inclusive city.
