Many city staff and community agencies have taken steps to ensure that the concerns of women from specific communities are included in consultations. This requires not only addressing barriers to ensure participation, but ensuring that the ideas and insights of those women are included in the final recommendations.
CAWI worked with city staff, community agencies and community women to identify best practices and make them available in this guide.
